Patient Wolf New York Collins

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 mL Patient Wolf Gin
  • 20 mL Lemon Juice
  • 20 mL Pinot Noir Float
  • Top up with Capi Lemon

          METHOD

          Use the ProFlow™ pourer and the ProMegJig™ to accurately measure the Patient Wolf Gin and Lemon Juice (use the C-Press to squeeze the lime) into a highball glass with ice. Stir with the ProPaddle™ Top up with Capi Lemon. 

          GARNISH

          Using a Tweezer™ Garnish with a lime and lemon wheel.
